It is a breathable shirt and probably good enough for exercising/working out, but I was hoping I could use this shirt while doing glass lampworking, and unfortunately it wasn’t breathable enough for that purpose (I still got overheated). I’m guessing these weren’t tested/designed for work around a several thousand degree torch.
