I didn’t know about this. Is it based on the old arcade Nice Peace Love Sugar Skull Shirt game of the same name? That was my favorite as a child. I’m too afraid to Google it and have my dreams dashed. Please lie to me if you’re trolling. World Tour had a very lose the story, where it shoulda soda company producing a new beverage that turned people into the monsters. You also freed new monsters as you progressed through the game. I remember playing it with my dad when I was younger so I’ve got some fond memories of it. I actually very much enjoyed it for what it was: A Rampage Movie.

To be fair, the game’s story was that some weird new soda Nice Peace Love Sugar Skull Shirt turned some people into monsters. Now you go destroy the city and eat mimes because that’s what monsters do. The game really didn’t need any more to it, though, smashing stuff is fun, but it wasn’t a breathtaking narrative masterpiece. Haven’t watched the movie, but you really need more of a story for that medium. I have watched the movie, and I gotta say, it’s not a terrible video game adaption. It’s a lot of dumb fun that doesn’t try to be too smart and over complicated things.
