They keep sending me letters asking for money every month. Dude, I thought I was walking into a scam 100. But, turned out to be ok. The banks made more money on my interest, then they lost on the first time homeowners 15k. And even better, they now have a life long customer in me basically, if not with that specific bank, then with others, either way, it stimulated the local economies really hard.
